One CRM, three ways teams use it

Brokerages, developers, and sales teams share the same lead, pipeline, task, and inbox tools. Company data stays separated.

Brokerage companies

Give the desk one place for enquiries that arrive by WhatsApp, phone, referral, walk-in, or the website.

  • Share one pipeline across the brokerage.
  • Assign leads to agents, or distribute new WhatsApp leads in turn.
  • Keep notes and viewings on the same record the conversation uses.

Real estate developers

Run project sales with the same lead and pipeline tools. Flowmora does not include a property inventory module.

  • Track a buyer from the first enquiry through reservation.
  • Record the property type, area, and budget the buyer asked about.
  • Keep the sales team and the WhatsApp thread on one lead.

Sales teams

Agents work from the inbox, the pipeline, and their task list instead of scattered chats.

  • Take an unassigned lead or receive one from an admin.
  • Log the call, viewing, or follow-up that has to happen next.
  • Read earlier notes before replying to the customer.

How a company gets started

A company admin creates the workspace, then invites the team.

Create an account

Create the company workspace at the public registration page. The first person becomes the company admin.

Set up your company

An admin saves the company name, country code, time zone, currency, and how new WhatsApp leads are assigned.

Invite your team

An admin invites each colleague as a company admin or a sales agent. Those people do not use the public registration page.

Manage your sales process

The team works leads, the pipeline, tasks, contacts, and the WhatsApp inbox inside that company.
