Terms of Service
Draft for the owner and for qualified legal review before publication. Placeholders mark facts that have not been confirmed. Do not treat this page as a finished legal opinion.
The service
Flowmora provides a multi-tenant CRM for real estate businesses. The current product includes leads, contacts, a sales pipeline, tasks, team roles, a company dashboard, a WhatsApp inbox, public company registration, and Embedded Signup when a Meta app id is configured. Subscription billing is not part of the service today.
The service is operated by [TODO: legal entity name]. These terms are a draft for owner and qualified legal review.
Accounts
A person must have a user account issued for a company workspace. There is no public sign-up page. Company workspaces are created through platform administration.
Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in details private and for activity under their account. The marketing website never stores the CRM session token.
Company administrators
A company admin can update company settings, invite admins and sales agents, and manage WhatsApp settings. The admin is responsible for inviting only people who should see that company’s data and for telling Flowmora when someone should lose access.
A platform owner can administer companies. That access is separate from a normal company user.
Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation
Paid plans, fees, taxes, renewal, and cancellation rights have not been set. No price on the website is an offer, because no commercial price has been set and the product does not collect payment. Any later agreement would follow [TODO: governing law and venue].
Until a written subscription is agreed, Flowmora does not promise a paid plan, a refund right, or a notice period.
Acceptable use
Customers may use Flowmora for legitimate real estate sales operations. They may not use it to break the law, to send messages the recipient has not permitted where permission is required, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to reach another company’s data.
Customer data
The business customer keeps its rights in the lead, contact, and message content it submits. Flowmora may process that content to run the service, secure it, and meet a confirmed legal duty.
The customer is responsible for having a valid reason to put personal data about buyers and prospects into the CRM, and for the accuracy of what its users enter.
Data protection
The legal role of the operator and the customer is [TODO: controller or processor role and legal basis]. Security and retention are described in the privacy policy. A data-processing agreement, if one is required, is not included in this draft and has to be issued separately.
WhatsApp, Meta, and other services
WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta and on the customer’s own WhatsApp Business account. The customer must comply with WhatsApp and Meta rules that apply to its messages. Flowmora does not control Meta’s platform and does not claim to be approved by Meta.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp number, losing a template, or a change Meta makes can interrupt messaging. Those interruptions are outside the CRM’s own interface.
Intellectual property
Flowmora, the product, and this website’s design and text belong to their owner, [TODO: legal entity name]. Customers receive a right to use the service during an active relationship. They do not receive ownership of the software.
Availability
The CRM is maintained as a live application, but this draft promises no uptime percentage, support hours, or backup frequency. Those commitments have to be written in a separate agreement if they are offered.
Suspension and termination
A company workspace can be suspended. Suspended companies cannot keep using CRM routes. An operator may also end access where use breaks these terms or where the law requires it. The steps, notice, and effect on exported data are [TODO: retention schedule].
Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to wording a lawyer still has to approve, Flowmora is not liable for lost deals, lost messages caused by a third-party messaging service, or a customer’s decision to rely on CRM data without checking it.
Nothing in this draft limits liability that the governing law does not allow to be limited. The governing law is [TODO: governing law and venue].
Support and contact
Support contact: [TODO: support email]. Sales contact: [TODO: sales email]. Privacy contact: [TODO: privacy contact email]. Phone: [TODO: phone number].
These terms take effect on [TODO: effective date]. The English page at this address is the public copy used for review.
